Useful submissions include part drawings, machine photos, alarm screenshots, damaged-component images, material examples, site layouts, technical documents, and business records that you are authorized to share and that are reasonably related to a quote, order, service, warranty, parts, training, or installation request.
Do not upload malware, executable code, attack files, unlawful or infringing content, trade secrets you lack authority to disclose, export-controlled technical data without prior written arrangement, abusive material, unrelated personal data, or content that violates another person's privacy or confidentiality. Do not use forms to test security controls or send bulk solicitation.
Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, bank credentials, medical records, or government identity documents through general forms. Serial numbers, business contact details, and machine evidence should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the request.
You retain rights in your submission. You represent that you have permission to provide it and grant Prima Press USA a nonexclusive permission to store, scan, reproduce, annotate, and share it with personnel and service providers as reasonably needed to review, secure, fulfill, document, or defend the request and related transaction.
Uploads are subject to size, type, filename, access, and security restrictions. A file may be rejected, quarantined, redacted, or removed when unsafe, unsupported, unlawful, unnecessary, or outside retention requirements. Upload acceptance does not confirm engineering approval, fitment, authenticity, or a service commitment. Contact Prima Press USA when a blocked file is essential so a safer transfer path can be arranged.
Prima Press USA keeps versioned policy text and consent records. An accepted quotation, order, warranty, or service agreement controls when it specifically addresses the same transaction.
