02Structure definitionThe structure warranty is narrower than the machine warranty.
Machine structure means the primary load-bearing welded frame or bed identified in the machine documentation. It does not include tooling, guards, panels, enclosures, moving tables, chucks, guides, bearings, motors, pumps, controls, electronics, laser sources, optics, accessories, or other attached components unless the accepted order expressly identifies an item as part of the covered structure.
03Not coveredDamage and ordinary-use items are excluded.
Coverage does not include human or operator error, misuse, abuse, accidents, collision, improper rigging or utilities, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, improper maintenance, operation outside documented requirements, unsuitable environment, corrosion, contamination, ordinary wear, cosmetic change, consumables, or damage caused by third-party equipment. Consumables include items such as nozzles, lenses, protective windows, filters, lubricants, blades, belts, brushes, and tooling that wear through normal use.
04Claim processPreserve the evidence and contact us before repair.
Submit a warranty request through the service intake or email Info@PrimaPressUSA.com. Include the purchaser, order, machine model, serial number, delivery date, operating hours when available, maintenance records, detailed symptoms, alarms, photos or video, and troubleshooting already completed. Protect the machine from further damage and do not disassemble or authorize repair unless safety requires it or Prima Press USA provides written direction.
05Remedy and costsThe written claim decision defines the remedy.
For an approved claim, Prima Press USA may diagnose, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent remedy for the covered defect. On-site labor, travel, freight, removal, reinstallation, downtime, lost production, third-party components, and consequential or incidental losses are not promised as covered unless the accepted order or applicable law says otherwise. Replaced parts may be retained or returned as directed. This limited warranty does not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
06Owner responsibilitiesOperation, maintenance, and transfer records matter.
The purchaser must follow safety, installation, utility, operating, inspection, and maintenance instructions; use suitable consumables and trained personnel; maintain service records; and provide reasonable diagnostic access. Coverage is for the original purchaser and does not automatically transfer with resale unless Prima Press USA confirms transfer in writing.
