Information collected

We collect information you provide and limited operational data.

Information may include name, business, email, optional phone, organization and account details, machine interests and configurations, RFQs, quote revisions, financing interest, cart and order records, shipping and billing addresses, owned-machine and serial information, service history, messages, consent records, and files you upload. The application also records session, security, audit, rate-limit, and basic performance events needed to operate and protect the service.

How it is used

Information supports the request or customer relationship.

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare and revise quotes; maintain accounts and organization access; process test or future authorized orders; support parts, delivery, installation, training, warranty, and service workflows; keep business records; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; protect users; and meet legal obligations. Financing-interest forms are not credit applications and should not contain financial account or government-identification numbers.

Disclosures

We disclose information only for operations, a transaction, safety, or law.

Information may be handled by hosting, database, storage, security, payment, tax, shipping, communications, and professional-service providers when those services are enabled. Payment providers should receive payment credentials directly; Prima Press USA does not intend to store full card numbers. We may disclose information for a requested transaction, to protect rights and safety, in a business transfer, or when law requires it. We do not currently sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or enable production advertising analytics.

The site uses operational cookies and browser storage.

Retention and security

Records are kept according to purpose and risk.

We retain records while needed for a request, customer relationship, transaction, warranty or service history, security investigation, legal obligation, dispute, or legitimate business record. Records are deleted, anonymized, or allowed to age out of backups when no longer needed under the applicable schedule. We use access controls, validation, encryption in transit, restricted uploads, audit history, and other reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy requests

Ask to access, correct, delete, or receive your information.

Subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions, you may ask about the information associated with you, request correction or deletion, request a portable copy, or object to a use covered by applicable law. If a request is denied, you may ask for an internal appeal.

Minors and changes

This business site is not directed to children.

The website is intended for business equipment buyers and operators, not children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted with a new effective date and revision record. Contact Prima Press USA with privacy questions using the published email or contact route.

Prima Press USA keeps versioned policy text and consent records. An accepted quotation, order, warranty, or service agreement controls when it specifically addresses the same transaction.
