Record the machine configuration, controller, operator experience, shifts, materials, applications, attendees, maintenance roles, and desired timing. Machine-specific safety requirements and employer responsibilities remain applicable.
Training location, duration, language, curriculum, included travel, prerequisite setup, test material, documentation, completion record, and follow-up should be stated in the accepted quotation or training agreement.
The customer is responsible for selecting appropriate attendees, supplying required personal protective equipment and site supervision, completing identified prerequisites, and making the machine, approved materials, utilities, guarding, and work area safely available. Training does not replace the employer's safety program, risk assessment, lockout procedures, or obligation to qualify operators for the work assigned.
When a completion or attendance record is included in the written scope, it records who attended and the topics presented. It is not a professional license, regulatory certification, promise of proficiency, or authorization to operate outside the machine documentation and the employer's procedures.
Training interest is captured as part of the RFQ so it can be evaluated with installation, controls, tooling, electrical, and production requirements.
