Installation is included only when the accepted order says so. The buyer remains responsible for a safe, ready site, utilities, permits, rigging, and workplace integration unless written scope reallocates a task.
The accepted scope should identify unloading, rigging, positioning, anchoring, leveling, assembly, utilities, fluid fill, network connection, software, tooling, guarding integration, startup, test material, acceptance checks, documentation, training, travel, and exclusions. A sales discussion or generic page does not add installation work.
Unless reassigned in writing, the buyer provides safe access, permits, foundation and floor capacity, clearances, suitable electrical power, grounding, compressed air, gases, exhaust, ventilation, fire protection, climate, network, lifting equipment, waste handling, materials, operators, and any licensed trade work. The buyer must disclose hazards and site rules before arrival.
Installation personnel may stop work for an unsafe or materially unready site. The buyer is responsible for workplace risk assessment, guarding beyond the supplied machine, material handling, upstream and downstream equipment, lockout procedures, operator authorization, regulatory permits, and final production use unless the accepted scope expressly assigns a task to Prima Press USA.
Unexpected site conditions, missing utilities, delayed access, changed layouts, added equipment, repeat visits, standby, storage, or trade work may affect schedule and price. Added work requires written authorization. Existing work is not automatically defective because the buyer later changes the site or production process.
The parties should document machine identity, serial number, work performed, settings, tests, materials, results, training delivered, open items, customer representatives, and completion date. Installation completion does not expand warranty coverage; warranty terms and documented operating requirements remain applicable.
Prima Press USA keeps versioned policy text and consent records. An accepted quotation, order, warranty, or service agreement controls when it specifically addresses the same transaction.
