Control workflow

Define whether the work calls for straightforward NC operation, a graphical 2D CNC workflow, or an advanced 3D programming workflow.

Backgauge and axes

Record part depth, flange sequence, finger arrangement, travel, and axis requirements before selecting the maintained package.

Crowning and compensation

Match the compensation approach to the bend length, tooling, material, and accuracy requirements in the written configuration.

Tooling and clamping

Specify tooling style, bend geometry, material, thickness, flange constraints, changeover goals, and required adapters.

Front support and handling

Review sheet supports, followers, lifting, loading, unloading, and other handling needs against the actual parts.
