Machine service

A documented path from symptom to resolution.

Customer service requests capture the machine, serial number, severity, attachments, troubleshooting notes, appointment state, parts needs, and progress. Actual coverage and scheduling are confirmed for each case.

01
Open a case

Send the machine details with the problem.

Customers can record the machine identity, serial number, severity, symptoms, alarm information, troubleshooting already attempted, parts needs, and a requested appointment time. Accepted attachments are associated with the case; the case can still be created if an upload needs to be retried.

02
Triage

The case record supports a focused technical review.

Status, assignment, internal notes, customer-visible updates, appointment state, and parts requirements are tracked in the service workspace. The record does not guarantee remote resolution or a specific response time.

03
Service boundary

Coverage is confirmed before work is promised.

Field service territory, labor rates, travel, remote support, emergency coverage, installation support, and warranty responsibility are confirmed for the individual case. The accepted quote, warranty, or service authorization controls each engagement.

Decision standard

Published facts stay reviewable.

Prima Press USA keeps uncertain specifications, compatibility, pricing, delivery, and coverage terms out of public promises until they are confirmed for the selected machine.

Next step

Put the requirements in writing.

Start with the machine, application, part, document, or support need so the next review stays attached to the correct record.
